An iconic peak in the northwest, and impossible to miss if you drive to the coast along highway 16. Towering above Hazelton B.C. is Stegyoden mountain, watching over the Hagwilget canyon and the Skeena watershed.
This mountain has a special place in my heart, I’ve spent days wandering around the alpine behind it and scrambling up its trail to the top.
